Students Grievance Redressal Cell
As per All India Council for Technical Education (Redressal of Grievance of Students) Regulations, 2019, AICAIT has established “Solace,” the Grievance Redressal Cell, which attempts to address unpretentious problems and complaints of students of varied natures.
Students of AICAIT are motivated to use the online complaint launcher or suggestion boxes placed at various places to express constructive suggestions and grievances. They may also approach the members of the cell for the same.
Aims and Objectives:
- To provide opportunities for redressal of grievances of students
- To settle any type of grievances raised by the students
Students can use the suggestion boxes placed at various places at AICAIT to make their complaints. They may also approach the members of the cell or any of their other teachers as is comfortable for them.
Students may also express their grievances online by filling out the form below.
Students are requested to note that making a complaint is serious, and therefore, they are to use this power in a responsible manner. At the same time, the college assures students that once a complaint is made, it will be treated with sensitivity and confidentiality.
On receipt of an online complaint, the institution shall refer the complaint to the appropriate Student Grievance Redressal Committee, along with its comments within 15 days of receipt of the complaint on the online portal.
